The game of Avatarism can be used as a system for conscious character creation, transformational up-leveling on the real world platform, and a way to embody more confidence, magnetism, and love, effortlessly.
Teafaerie and Thom Waymouth of Flowtemple
Flowtemple is the flow arts school that teaches a hybrid of meditation and kinetic arts. Eventually students can graduate to fire if they choose, or perfect the art of flow. Flowtemple is the way to more health, agility, and most of all FLOW.
Superhero workshop
We came, we Vived, We flowed, we became conscious of our power, and we left up-leveled, and empowered.
There were multiple Vivation sessions each day, Avatarism excercises and discussions, flow arts classes on a pristine beach and in a park, and warm water Vivation at night. We were in session from 8am-9 pm with breaks for meals each day.
With the breathing, meditation, and powerful visualization, we moved through tears and laughter. We created the intention for transformation, and each one of us got important lessons.
The graduation was a both, a skydive, and fire spin on the airstrip after a stunning California sunset.
I am still processing the data in my head from this experience, but I am clearer than ever on a couple points. Mainly that I AM a great teacher of Avatarism, and I can communicate my ideas so people can understand them, and use them.
That is a victory.

I just finished my second day of breathwork training here in Spain and it’s been fantastic! I’m learning a whole new type of breathwork called Vivation. It is the missing piece I have been looking for all these years. I am surprised I haven’t learned it before – it could have saved me years…
